The Gliding Discs are used in many KSF live classes, including Tabata, Total Body Sculpt, HIIT Chaos, Human Reformer Pilates, and more! Please note that there are two different types of Gliding discs for Carpeted or Hard Floors - please make sure you are ordering the correct type of discs for your flooring.
